Who wouldn’t want the chance to see the magnificent Dall sheep, perched atop rocky outcroppings like sentinels of Denali National Park? In fact, Congress designated the park in 1917 to protect Dall sheep from overhunting. These white-coated mountain climbers are easy enough to spot, but they are elusive and wary of visitors. Best to bring a pair of binoculars just in case! In a representation that conveys true Alaskan regality, this original illustration by Anderson Design Group places the Dall sheep in the presence of the iconic vistas of Denali.
