While most Bigfoot sightings have been reported in the Pacific Northwest, almost every U.S. state has recorded at least one sighting of the famous creature. But what if some of the creatures witnessed in other states are not Bigfoot, but a similar species? A cousin perhaps? Just to name a few, there have been the Swamp Ape of Florida, the White Walkers of Maine, and now the Sandsquatch of Indiana! Sandsquatch, said to roam the dunes of Indiana Dunes National Park, is thought to be a sand-colored cousin to the Bigfoot of the PNW. Inspired by the news of this creature, the Midwest’s own Bigfoot legend, Anderson Design Group poster artists hand-rendered a vintage poster of Sandsquatch, our rendition of what we think this creature might look like. Available as a print, canvas, metal sign, mini-canvas, notecard, or postcard, this artwork would look great on any wall. To learn more about Sandsquatch, watch the video series where an Indiana Dunes National Park ranger tracks Sandsquatch through the sand dunes!
