A truly famous travel destination, Martha’s Vineyard is an island off the coast of Massachusetts, just south of Cape Cod. Martha’s Vineyard has recently become a very popular destination, but this island has had historical significance for hundreds of years. The British explorer Bartholomew Gosnold crossed the Atlantic and landed on the island in 1602. He named the island Martha’s Vineyard after his daughter. To celebrate the historic nature of the island and its overall appeal, Anderson Design group rendered vintage travel poster art of the island, creating a unique hand-drawn illustration that depicts the island, the lighthouse, and several sailboats off the coast of the island. Remember a pleasant trip to the Vineyard with a framed print, canvas banner, or unframed canvas of this artful island.
