China: Hong Kong, Victoria Harbor
2017 By Steven Garcia, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Picturesque and stunning, Victoria Harbor in Hong Kong is one of the busiest, most well-known
harbors in the world. The harbor offers beautiful, scenic views of Hong Kong, as the harbor butts up
directly against the city center. Visitors and locals alike flock to the harbor during the Chinese New
Year for one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in the world. Visitors can also take a tour of the
harbor on classic, Chinese “Junk” sailboats, vintage seafaring vessels that are still in use today. Inspired
by the harbor and its cultural and economic significance to Hong Kong, Anderson Design Group
crafted a vintage travel poster of the harbor, a classical artwork rendition of the harbor and two Junk
sailboats traveling through it. To learn more about the harbor and other attractions in China, check out
