Acadia National Park: Puffin Paradise
2025 By Mary Withers Kirkland, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Anderson Design Group’s artist collaborator Mary Withers Kirkland has a special talent for bringing out the magic and wonder of the National Parks, depicted here in her original illustration of Acadia National Park. Acadia offers the beauty of nature, from the shorelines where one might glimpse a shy Atlantic puffin diving into the ocean, to the highest point on Cadillac Mountain, the tallest U.S. peak on the Atlantic coast. Spanning 47,000 acres of land, this park is home to thousands of species of flora and fauna, one of the most bio-diverse parks in the United States and a true national treasure. In depicting the park, Mary's unique stylization, emotive clouds, and lyrical sense of color memorialize the placid beauty of Acadia National Park. Available as a poster, print, canvas, notecard, postcard, mini canvas, or metal sign, this National Park artwork and vintage poster art makes for a great souvenir or take-home gift from a trip to the park.
