Coastal California
2012 By Andy Gregg, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Did you know that California has 840 miles of coastline? In fact, the state ranks third in the nation for
total coastline, behind only Alaska and Florida. California’s coastline offers breathtaking views, great
swimming beaches, plenty of surfing, lovely beach towns, and other points of interest. Plus, nothing
beats a mesmerizing sunset off the Pacific Ocean. In this original Joel Anderson design, we captured
an image of that sunset off the coast, styling our handcrafted illustration after the vintage travel poster
art of the turn-of-the-century. Order this reminiscent depiction of California’s Gold Coast as a canvas
banner to set the finishing touches on any room's decor, or conserve wall space with a set of postcards
or notecards instead. To learn more about the coastline and the importance of preserving it, check out
the Ocean Conservancy.
Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
