About the Art
Did you know that Thailand is the only country in Southeast Asia never to be colonized under a
European power? The name “Thailand” even means “Land of the Free,” and aptly so! Thailand is also
a treasured travel destination, known far and wide for its friendly locals, endless beaches, beautiful
limestone cliffs, and its unique culture and traditions. Inspired by the country and by the magnificent
architecture and historic buildings of its capital city of Bangkok, Anderson Design Group crafted
vintage travel poster art of the Wat Arun, one of the city’s greatest temples. A striking wall decor piece
and a great conversation starter, this artwork is available as an art print, canvas banner, framed print,
framed postcard, or as a set of notecards or postcards. To learn more about Thailand, check out the
website for the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
