Is there anything quite as American as a covered bridge? Typically associated with the northeastern states (though covered bridges originated in Europe and Asia), covered bridges have become an iconic American landmark, deeply appreciated by travelers and locals alike. Few know that covered bridges also exist in the Midwest and Great Lakes region, and there happens to be one in Cuyahoga Valley National Park! To celebrate the Ohio park, Anderson Design Group teamed up with master pastel artist and painter Arden von Haeger to hand-render an original illustration. Harkening back to the 20th century when travel art was used to promote wilderness spaces and the great American outdoors, Arden’s Art Deco styling combines with ADG’s vintage poster art themes and iconic travel art styles to create an inventive, colorful, and wanderlust-inspiring take on one of the country’s most beloved parks. Order this national park art as a print, canvas, metal sign, mini canvas, or as a set of notecards or postcards and start decorating, corresponding, or gifting.
