It’s difficult to imagine something as terrifying as a day spent enjoying Mount Rainier National Park and then having it be rudely interrupted by an encounter with the Batsquatch! This creature was said to have blazing eyes, a dog-like muzzle, blue fur, sharp teeth, bird-like feet and leathery bat-like wings that span up to fifty feet. In addition, Batsquatch is said to be 9 feet tall and has the ability to affect car engines with its powerful sonic shrieks! In 1998, a truck driver hauling logs in northern Oregon reported a collision with Batsquatch, and the driver described the beast as being 15 ft tall, with purple eyes and nose and small wings. Inspired by these old legends and myths (some of which date back to the dawn of civilization), Anderson Design Group poster artists hand-rendered a vintage-styled poster of the mysterious Batsquatch, an original illustration and retro design crafted in a fashion that’s reminiscent of the golden age of poster art, vintage art, Art Deco, and classic travel illustrations.
