Mount Rainier National Park: Snow Shadows By Kenneth Crane, Joel Anderson, 2020
- Mount Rainier National Park: Snow Shadows
Mount Rainier National Park is known for its incredible 260 miles of hiking trails, it’s scenic views, its campgrounds, and its year-round appeal. The park centers around Mount Rainier, a 14,410 ft. tall active volcano. The park is also known for the incredible glaciers that climb the sides of Mount Rainier. The glaciers themselves are responsible for the five major rivers that flow from the region. Anderson Design Group’s artist collaborator, Kenneth Crane, hand-designed and colored a vintage poster of the park, creating in the process truly stunning imagery of Mount Rainier and one of the park’s many inhabitants, a red fox. Rendered after the art styles of early-20th century poster art, this poster would look great as a framed print, canvas banner, metal sign, notecard, or postcard.
