Little Women is a beloved coming-of-age novel by Louisa May Alcott, published in 1868-69, that follows the lives of four sisters—Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy March—as they transition from childhood to womanhood during the American Civil War era, exploring themes of domesticity, work, and true love, and has been adapted into numerous successful films and TV shows. It's known for its heartwarming portrayal of sisterhood, personal growth, and navigating societal expectations, often considered semi-autobiographical, reflecting Alcott's own experiences.
