"The Frog Prince" is a classic fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm, first published in 1812, is a story about a spoiled princess who must befriend a frog to break a curse that turned him into an amphibian. The story's main themes include keeping promises, the importance of inner beauty, and the idea that kindness can lead to unexpected rewards, though the original version involves the princess throwing the frog against a wall to break the spell, not kissing him. To celebrate a classic story that still entertains readers to this day, the artists of Anderson Design Group rendered this iconic book cover, vintage poster design, and classic literature art as a part of the Literary Classics Collection, celebrating great books of all genres in 20th-century-inspired art, poster art, and original illustrations.
