Tucked into a distant corner of the South Fork of Mule Canyon in Bears Ears National Monument, one can find the House on Fire ruins, an ancient Pueblo dwelling. This well-preserved site consists of five granaries that are literally built into the Cedar Mesa sandstone. One will never run out of things to do in this region. After a day trip exploring Bears Ears National Monument, one can easily access nearby Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Canyonlands National Park, or the Ute Mountain Indian Tribe. Inspired by the ancient dwellings hundreds of yeas old that are still standing today, Anderson Design Group rendered a vintage travel poster of the Cedar Mesa House on Fire ruins. Styled after early-20th century travel posters, this rendition makes for the perfect home decor item for any anthropologist, traveler, or wilderness enthusiast. To learn more about the region and to get helpful tips on visiting the ruins, check out the website for Utah, Life Elevated.
