Navajo Code Talkers Veterans Memorial in Window Rock, marks an important piece of history in the capital of the Navajo Nation. This powerful sculpture portrays a code talker in full military gear, complete with radio, antenna, and submachine gun. The larger-than-life bronze was created by Navajo/Ute sculptor Oreland Joe, and sits on the grounds of the tribal headquarters, a short distance from Window Rock. Rendered by the artists of Anderson Design Group in the style of early 20th-Century travel posters, this classic college town design will look great as a framed print, canvas, metal sign, canvas banner, as a postcard or a notecard.
