There is an enchanting little roadside curiosity in the Point Reyes area called the Cypress Tunnel. Planted around 1930, Monterey cypress trees have grown to create a "tree tunnel" at the Point Reyes Receiving Station, creating a scene that could have come from a mythical storybook. The Receiving Station and "Tree Tunnel" are located at what is now the park's North District Operations Center. Rendered by the award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group in the style of early 20th-Century travel posters, this classic design will look great as a framed print, canvas, metal sign, canvas banner, as a postcard or a notecard.
