Portland Union Station is a magnificent, restored train station in Portland, Oregon. The station is situated near the western shore of the Willamette River in the city's infamous Old Town Chinatown section. One of Portland’s oldest buildings, the initial design for the station was drafted in 1882. Construction began in 1890, at a cost of $300,000, and it opened on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1896. Without a doubt, the signature piece of the structure is the 150 ft. tall Romanesque Revival clock tower that stands at the center of the building. To celebrate the station and its historic relevance, Anderson Design Group poster artists rendered this artwork in the classic style of the early-20th century poster designs and travel art. Available in a size and style of your choosing, you can order this lovely design as an art print, canvas, framed print, metal sign, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
