One would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful and picturesque series of mountain ranges, valleys, forests, and alpine lakes than in the Sawtooth Mountain Range. This mountain range encompasses an area of about 678 square miles and is located in central Idaho. Most of the range is in the Sawtooth National Forest, meaning that the region is protected against commercial interests. Anderson Design Group drew and colored this vintage travel poster art out of inspiration for those jagged peaks and the verdant valleys that surround them. Utilizing the illustration styles of early-20th century WPA artwork, this illustration shows a potato farmer bringing his harvest to market with the Sawtooth Mountains rising to the clouds in the background.
