With a population of just over 5,000 residents, Vail offers the perfect, small-town, high-altitude Colorado ski trip that any ski lover would love to go on. In fact, the city of Vail was built around the ski resort itself. The ski resort was opened in 1962, but the town of Vail wasn’t founded until 1966. Our Anderson Design Group team knows that there are lots of ski enthusiasts out there, so we created a vintage travel poster of Vail, featuring a 1960s woman riding the ski lift to the top of the slopes. This illustration was fashioned after the time-period when Vail was founded, making it not only a nostalgic piece, but a fitting and stylish one as well. Order this handcrafted artwork as a framed print, metal sign, framed postcard, canvas banner, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
