Germany: Berlin By Shelby Rodeffer, Joel Anderson, 2012
- Germany: Berlin
The statuesque Brandenburg Gate in Berlin was built in 1791 as a primary entry point into the German capital. During much of the 20th Century, the Gate was located near the notorious Berlin Wall, an ever-present reminder of the hostilities and estrangement between East and West Berlin. Today, the Brandenburg Gate is a lasting reminder of freedom and unity throughout Germany. Anderson Design Group has hand-illustrated this World Travel art print in an iconic mid-century style reflective of the destination's rich heritage and color palette.
