Kenneth Crane is an illustrator and photographer based in Monument, Colorado. As the author and artist behind ParkQuest: A Photographer’s Immersive Guide to America’s National Parks and Wilderness and Wonder: Illustrated Guide to the National Parks, Ken has personally visited, photographed, and illustrated all 63 U.S. National Parks.
Ken’s work revolves around the strategic use of light, focal point, and a subdued color palette. As a Colorado native, Kenneth's local excursions continue to fuel his imagination for art and his love for the American landscape. By using a dry-brush digital sketching technique, Kenneth creates beautifully emotive illustrations in a loose, chalky, hand-rendered style.
