Nguyen Tran is a designer and illustrator based in Seattle, Washington. Tran employs Art Deco color palettes with an emotive touch for a fresh perspective on American and international travel. He has worked with The New York Times, Amazon Education, Portland State University, SCAD E-Learning, Rising Earth Foundation, Outside Magazine, and Chicago Children’s Theatre.
Tran uses a crisp, spacious style for his hand-rendered digital paintings. You feel small in the midst of vast grandeur in some of his pieces; other designs place you at a birds-eye view in the midst of a metropolis splayed out in all directions. Awe is a recurring experience in Nguyen Tran’s compositions.
