About the Art
Abu Dhabi, what a fascinating place. The city rests on an island in the Persian Gulf, and it is the capital
city of the United Arab Emirates. Abu Dhabi is a grandiose, elegant, and luxurious city. The pride and
joy of the city is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Featured here in the detailed, handcrafted designs of
Anderson Design Group’s artists, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque has a capacity of over 41,000 and
took over ten years and two billion dollars to build. Inspired by the floral design within the mosque’s
courtyard, our artists rendered this artwork in the styles of early 20th-century vintage poster art. This
poster is available as a print, banner, canvas, metal sign, notecard, or postcard.
