About the Art
Welcome to Albany! The busy and exciting capital city of New York State, Albany also has a rich
history. The city is the oldest continuous settlement in the original 13 colonies, it was the home of
former U.S. Presidents and Vice Presidents alike, it housed the first passenger railroad in America,
and it’s where billiard balls were invented! Inspired by the energy of the city and the fact that it’s
preserved its history for so many centuries, award-winning poster artists at Anderson Design Group
hand-rendered this vintage design of downtown Albany. Available as a poster, print, canvas, banner,
notecard, postcard, or metal sign, this artwork would look superb on any wall!
