About the Art
A trip to Algeria is not one you’d soon forget. Located in North Africa with a stunning Mediterranean
coastline to the North and the brilliant Sahara Desert to the South, Algeria features attractions found
nowhere else on Earth. From the walled city of Beni Isguen to the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the
M’zab Valley, or from the tombs of Ghardaian religious leaders to date farms that still use irrigation
methods thousands of years old, Algeria maintains a culture and history entirely unique to this country.
Inspired by Algeria and how the nation’s population has created a life that is entirely unique to their
culture and history, Anderson Design Group poster artists hand-rendered a vintage design of Ghardaia. Available as a poster, print, canvas, banner, notecard, postcard, or metal
sign, this artwork would look fantastic on any wall and would make a perfect souvenir from a trip to
Algeria.
