About the Art
The capital city of Wisconsin and a prominent college town, Madison is known for its four lakes (Mendota, Monona, Wingra, and Waubesa), the domed Wisconsin State Capitol building, the Capital City State Trail,
Monona Terrace, the Olbrich Botanical Gardens, Henry Vilas Zoo, and the Chazen Art Museum. Inspired by the city and its many attractions, Anderson Design Group poster artists hand-
rendered vintage poster art of the city’s downtown skyline. This original design was inspired by the
vintage travel art of the early-20th century, the Golden Age of poster art. Available as an art print,
poster, canvas, banner, metal sign, postcard, notecard, or framed postcard, this artwork will make the
perfect centerpiece or conversation starter.
