About the Art
Welcome to Bahrain, the beautiful archipelago of both natural and man-made islands found in the
heart of the Persian Gulf. An island nation known for its incredible beaches and beautiful
skyscrapers, Bahrain comprises 33 natural islands and 51 manmade islands. Spanning only 295
square miles, this sovereign state is the 23rd smallest country in the world! But don’t let its tiny size
fool you, visitors to Bahrain spend days entranced by the modernistic and luxurious designs of the
nation’s many beach resorts. Bahrain also earned recognition as being one of the first Middle
Eastern countries to move beyond an oil-based economy. Today, Bahrain functions primarily as a
banking sector and tourism hub. To remind yourself of a wonderful adventure to Bahrain (or to give
you inspiration for a future trip!) you can enjoy this original travel poster from Anderson Design
Group. Available as a print, canvas, notecard, postcard, or metal sign, this vintage-styled creation
would make the perfect centerpiece!
