Baltimore, Maryland: Harbor View
2017 By Steven Garcia, Joel Anderson
About the Art
With rich history dating back to 1729, Baltimore is currently one of the largest cities on the eastern
seaboard. The Baltimore Harbor was once the second-leading harbor for immigrants traveling to the
United States. Baltimore now has hundreds of identified districts, is very culturally diverse, and has
been nicknamed the City of Neighborhoods. The city and its famous harbor are beautifully represented
in this turn-of-the-century illustration by Anderson Design, a vintage art piece which draws its
inspiration from the Golden Age of Illustration. Adorn your walls with some Baltimore nostalgia in the
form of a retro metal sign, a classic framed print, or a stylish canvas banner. To learn more about the
city of Baltimore, be sure to check out the Visit Baltimore webpage.
