About the Art
Welcome to the Tennessee Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. This park celebrates Tennessee’s
bicentennial celebration, which occurred on June 1st, 1996. The park features multiple attractions and
points of interest, including an impressive, 200-foot granite map of the state, a solemn World War II
Memorial, a 95-Bell Carillon, the educational Pathway of History, and the immaculate Rivers of
Tennessee Fountains. Inspired by the park and its significance as not only a prominent Nashville park,
but as an important Tennessee historical landmark, Anderson Design Group handcrafted vintage poster
art of the park, a somber, Nashville art print of the park during a morning haze. Available as a print,
canvas, sign, postcard, or notecard, this artwork is a great way to show your Volunteer State pride. And
to learn more about the park, be sure to check out the website for Tennessee State Parks.
