Big Sur, California
2017 By Michael Korfhage, Joel Anderson
About the Art
California is a place of beautiful vistas, warm weather, lovely oceanscapes, and wild, untouched lands.
Big Sur, a rugged and mountainous section of central California does not disappoint in these regards.
One of the most impressive attractions at Big Sur is McWay Falls, a truly remarkable protected cove in
the Pacific Ocean with a narrow waterfall which plummets crystal clear freshwater to the sandy beach
below. Inspired by this unique feature of nature, Anderson Design Group hand-illustrated this poster in
a design style that takes us back to the Golden Age of Illustration of the early-20th century. Remember
a trip to McWay Falls with something more than a photograph by ordering this vintage art as a custom
canvas banner, metal sign, or framed print.
