About the Art
The most incredible view in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is easily the Painted
Wall. The wall is a 2,250 foot vertical cliff face splashed with color and striations, creating a sensation
that the very cliff itself was painted with a brush. To celebrate this natural wonder, Anderson Design
Group commissioned Kai Carpenter to create this beautiful oil painting National Park poster. From the
vibrant sunset to the Gunnison River below, this vintage print communicates the majesty of a true
Colorado gem. Show your Colorado pride and your love for the national parks with a vintage art print
centerpiece, a set of notecards, or a full-size canvas banner of this miraculous landscape.
