Boston Harbor
2016 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
The region encompassing Boston Harbor has served as a crucial American port since 1614. Since the
1600s, Boston Harbor has been a hotspot for shipping and immigration. In fact, the city of Boston
itself sprung up around the harbor. Boston Harbor has been the site of several historic events, like the
infamous Boston Tea Party of 1773. To celebrate the harbor and its history, Anderson Design Group
handcrafted this American Travel poster art of the harbor, the city skyline, and the many sailing ships
that are a summer constant in the pleasant, crystal blue waters. Order this vintage travel art for a
romantic reminder of a trip to Boston. Illustrations from the American Travel series make great gifts
too! To learn more about Boston Harbor and conservation efforts taken to protect it, check out Boston Harbor Now.
Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
