Brazil: Carnaval, Rio De Janeiro
2013 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Did you know that the Rio de Janeiro Carnaval is recorded in the Guiness Book of World Records for
being the largest carnival in the world? The streets of Rio de Janeiro feel the footsteps of more than two
million people every day during Carnaval. This festival is so important that some of the performers and
participants in the festival practice all year in preparation for the next festival! Inspired by that
commitment to the arts and culture, Anderson Design Group handcrafted a vintage travel poster of an
iconic Samba Parade dancer. You can order this retro art depiction of Brazil’s most famous event as an
art print, canvas banner, framed print, canvas, framed postcard, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
