Canada: Churchill Manitoba Polar Bears
2015 By Michael Korfhage, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Churchill is a small town on Hudson Bay in the far northern reaches of Manitoba. The city was made
famous by the polar bears that inhabit the region in the fall. In fact, much of the tourism in Churchill
developed around polar bear viewing, and safari tours are offered which take visitors on protected tours
of the polar bear habitats. Anderson Design Group crafted a vintage travel poster of a family of polar
bears pausing in the snow, almost as if having their likeness drawn and colored by our artists. This
classic illustration is available as a framed print, canvas banner, metal sign, or framed postcard. Perfect
as a gift for the polar bear lover in your life, this retro artwork is also a great home decor item or
conversation starter. To learn more about attractions in Manitoba and across Canada, check out the Canada
Guide.
