Canada: Quebec Street Scene
2016 By Steven Garcia, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Quebec is a truly unique province in Canada, a province where the native language is French! While
most Quebec residents do speak English, the street signs are in French, and the day-to-day discussions
are spoken in French. Visitors to Quebec enjoy walks along city streets which have been preserved to
look much as they did decades, even centuries ago. Many of the buildings in Quebec cities still display
1800s-era architecture and design work. To capture some of the artistic beauty of those streets and
buildings, Anderson Design Group crafted a vintage travel poster of a Quebec street, a retro piece of
artwork styled after the WPA-commissioned artwork of the early-1900s. Available as an art print, metal
sign, or canvas banner, this artwork would make a great home decoration. To learn more about Quebec
and its unique history and culture, check out the Canada
Guide.
Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
