Canada: Victoria Kayaking
2020 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
One of the best places in the world to go kayaking is easily off the shores of Victoria, the
city on the southernmost tip of Vancouver Island. Visitors and residents alike enjoy the
abundant parklands teeming with wildlife, both under the water and above it. In addition to
many species of animal, fish, and bird in and around the city of Victoria, this city is also
known for its flora, hence the nickname, “The City of Gardens.” Inspired by the orcas that
swim just off the coast of the city, Anderson Design Group rendered this vintage design of
a kayaker paddling near a pod of orcas. Available as a print, canvas, metal sign, canvas
banner, notecard, postcard, or framed postcard, this artwork looks fantastic on any wall.
The poster is the perfect keepsake from a trip to Victoria, or the inspiration piece that will
help compel you to travel there some day. To learn more about Victoria and its many
attractions, be sure to visit the website for Tourism Victoria.
