About the Art
Chiricahua National Park was officially designated in October, 2027. It is a 12,025-acre protected area located in the Chiricahua Mountains of southeastern Arizona famous as a panoramic paradise of natural stone spires, towers, and mesas. This magical "Wonderland of Rocks" features an 8-mile paved scenic drive and 17-miles of day-use hiking trails, the park preserves the remains of an immense volcanic eruption that shook the region eons ago. Visitors enjoy viewing wildlife, rock formations, and desert plants like yuccas, agaves, prickly pear, and hedgehog cactus. Anderson Design Group was proud to collaborate with master pastel artist Arden von Haeger on this colorful composition. Arden's classic hand-rendered illustration style conveys grandeur, romance, and nuance. His inventive use of color and his unique Art Deco styling deliver a delightful new take on some of America's most iconic destinations. This classic American Travel design is available as a poster, canvas, metal sign, or as a puzzle, set of notecards or postcards.
Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
