About the Art
The Historic Union Terminal is a beautiful example of the art deco style of the 1920s, a style that was a
significant influence in American architecture of that time. Since its completion in 1933, the terminal
has been the location of several historic events, from welcoming soldiers home from World War II to
becoming the home of several museums. Lovers of the art deco style ourselves, our illustration team at
Anderson Design Group had to hand-create our own rendition of the historic building. We put together
this illustration, styling our work after the WPA-commissioned artwork of that same time period. Show
your admiration for the history of Cincinnati with a canvas banner or metal sign of this Ohio icon. To
learn more about the terminal and the best times to get a tour, check out the Cincinnati Visitor Center.
Enjoy our art outdoors by ordering your favorite designs on metal signs. Our all-weather, rust-resistant signs are ideal for any porch, barn, fence, warehouse, garage, or bar. Featuring gorgeous color printing, they offer a more casual look than canvases or framed prints.
