Easily one of the most incredible features of California is the famous Golden Coast. California’s ocean shoreline spans 840 miles of cliffs, beaches, inlets, and protected bays, all on the Pacific Ocean. Scenic roadways offer captivating views of the coastline, ocean, and of course the iconic sunsets. The famous California State Route 1 is one such path, a 650 mile two lane road that offers hundreds of incredible views and scenic pull-overs.
