Conroe, Texas is home to all kinds of recreational opportunities, one being the year-round vacation hotspot of Lake Conroe. A popular attraction for visitors and residents alike, Lake Conroe is a 21,000 acre body of water that is perfect for boating, jet-skiing, and fishing. The lake is surrounded by pine woods and a few sandy beaches.
