Conroe, TX: Lone Star Hiking Trail
2016 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
The Lone Star Hiking Trail is a 100-mile long trail near Conroe, Texas. The trail offers an additional
40 miles of crossover trails, making the trail network the longest walking trail in all of Texas. Much of
the trail runs along or near Lake Conroe, offering incredible views of the lake. Inspired by the fame
and sheer aesthetic beauty of the trail, Anderson Design Group hand-illustrated an American Travel
poster of two hikers pausing as the trail swoops close to the shores of Lake Conroe. Decorate your
office or home with this vintage poster art as a nostalgic reminder of a hike along this trail, or order the
unique illustration as a gift for a family member or friend. To learn more about the trail, visit the Lone Star Hiking Trail
Club.
