About the Art
Cyprus is an island in the eastern Mediterranean Sea. This island nation is known for its temperate
climate, white sand beaches, and cultural diversity. The island is divided into two sections, with Cyprus
Greeks in the South and Cyprus Turks in the North. Cyprus is the home of ancient temples, tombs, and
fortresses, with some of the ruins on the island dating back to the 12th century B.C.! Anderson Design
Group handcrafted vintage travel art of the island, a colorful depiction of a Cyprus church. Perfect as a
reminder of a trip to the island or as an artful home decoration, this vintage travel poster can be
purchased as a framed print, canvas banner, framed postcard, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
