About the Art
Famous for its rows of brightly colored buildings, its happy residents, modern architecture, historic
monuments, bustling nightlife and shopping scene, Copenhagen is a gem of Scandinavia. The city is
chock full of fantastic restaurants, world-class museums, and city parks everywhere. The city garnered
even more recognition in 2014 when it won the European Green Capital Award, putting the city on the
map as an eco-friendly destination. Encouraged by the bright colors and vibrant energy of Copenhagen,
Anderson Design Group crafted vintage travel poster art of the city, a fitting rendition of the
Copenhagen harbor (and hand-styled after the mid-century Golden Age of Illustration). Perfect as a
take-home gift or token of one’s trip, this wall art and conversation starter is available as a canvas, art
print, metal sign, or as notecards or postcards.
