About the Art
Charming, peaceful, and often voted one of the best places for new families to live, Des Moines is
known for its botanical gardens, sculpture parks, thriving shopping and dining centers, and its
growing economy. The city is the capital of Iowa and the most populated city in the state. Inspired
by the color and general pleasantness of the city, Anderson Design Group’s award-winning poster
artists rendered a vintage travel poster of the city, styling the original artwork after the vintage
travel art of the early and mid-1900s. Available as a poster, print, canvas, banner, notecard,
postcard, or metal sign, this artwork is the perfect take-home souvenir or gift!
