Eiskaffee: The Taste Of Vienna

If one is to travel and see the world, they simply must try the delicacies that each place is best known for, and for coffee enthusiasts, Austria is best known for “eiskaffee.” Made of coffee, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, the beverage is considered by many to be the perfect summer drink, and some love it so much they enjoy it during all four seasons. The drink is so popular that virtually all cafes in Vienna serve it, a tradition that has stood the test of time in this part of Europe for generations.
