About the Art
Once you’ve been to historic Franklin, you’ll never forget this beautiful city. Founded in 1799, Franklin
even predates Nashville, which wasn’t founded until 1806. Today, Franklin still has many of the
original buildings and landmarks from when the city was first founded, thanks to the city's ongoing
efforts to preserve its history. In addition to its attention to historical and cultural detail, Franklin is a
bustling village of antique shops, gift and book stores, boutiques, art galleries, and beautiful, restored
Victorian homes. Inspired by a gem of the South just 14 miles away from downtown Nashville,
Anderson Design Group rendered vintage poster art of the town, a colorful depiction of the Franklin
Town Square. A perfect gift and keepsake from a trip to Franklin, this Spirit of Nashville poster looks
great as a canvas banner, framed print, metal sign, notecard, or postcard. And to learn more about
Franklin, check out the Franklin Visitor Center.
Enjoy our art outdoors by ordering your favorite designs on metal signs. Our all-weather, rust-resistant signs are ideal for any porch, barn, fence, warehouse, garage, or bar. Featuring gorgeous color printing, they offer a more casual look than canvases or framed prints.
