Grand Canyon National Park: River View
2014 By Michael Korfhage, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Grand Canyon National Park offers impressive, heart-stirring views of an eighteen-mile wide and
one-mile deep topography of massive rock structures, steep canyon walls, deep gorges, and winding
tributaries. Most who visit the canyon “take it all in” from the canyon’s rim. However, some brave
souls venture down to the canyon’s floor, a descent of several miles in which hikers drop more than
5,000 feet in elevation. Not for the faint of heart, but worth every step! Styled after the WPA-
commissioned artwork of the early-1900s, our Anderson Design Group illustrators hand-created the vintage
National Parks Poster Collection. The Grand Canyon travel posters are some of the most popular
of that collection. Order your own illustration of the mighty canyon as a canvas banner, framed print,
or metal sign. And don't forget to visit the Grand Canyon
Conservancy.
Bring your favorite Anderson Design Group artwork to the table as a deluxe 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle. Each puzzle is made to order and printed on sturdy, low-glare board with a precision die cut, so every piece fits the way it should.
Finished puzzle measures 19.25" x 26.625". Recommended for ages 14 and up.
