About the Art
Great Basin National Park seems a desolate land at first, but closer inspection finds it teeming with
wildlife. The park is home to bighorn sheep, water shrews, yellow-bellied marmots, beavers,
porcupines, rabbits, and mule deer like the one illustrated here. The park is also home to some of the
oldest trees in America, like the featured Great Basin Bristlecone pine. The Anderson Design Group
National Parks series proudly offers a full line of Kai Carpenter oil paintings, including the presented
image. This vintage poster art can be custom-created for our customers as a framed
print, canvas banner, or metal sign. Or order a stack of notecards or postcards to save wall space.
