Great Basin National Park: Bristlecone Sunrise
2025 By Arden von Haeger, Joel Anderson
About the Art
A lesser known but no less magnificent national park, Great Basin preserves a unique ecosystem that is arid, mountainous, and sometimes crested with snow. The park seems quiet and empty, even desolate at first, but closer examination reveals it is immensely biodiverse. To celebrate the park in vintage art style, Anderson Design Group teamed up with master pastel artist Arden von Haeger, who had this to say about the park when defining his inspiration for the art, “Great Basin National Park is known for its stunning limestone caves, ancient bristlecone pines, and the towering peak of Wheeler Mountain. The park offers diverse landscapes, from high desert to alpine forests, along with excellent stargazing due to its remote, dark skies.” Order this national park art as a print, framed poster, canvas, metal sign, mini canvas, or as a set of note cards or postcards.
