Hawaii: Kaua'i (Dolphins)
2024 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Often said to be the wildest of the Hawaiian islands, Kaua’i is part of the Hawaiian archipelago and is nicknamed “The Garden Isle” thanks to the tropical rainforest covering much of its surface. Kaua’i is also home to several species of dolphins. The most commonly observed dolphins around the island include the Hawaiian spinner dolphin (Stenella longirostris) and the common bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus). Inspired by the aesthetic beauty of the Hawaiian islands and their historic roots, Anderson Design Group’s award-winning poster artists created an original illustration of the wildlife one can often see on a trip to the islands. This travel poster crafted in the style of vintage poster art and retro travel art is an excellent gift or souvenir. You can order this retro-styled artwork as a framed print, poster print, canvas, mini-canvas, metal sign, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
