Hawaii: O'ahu (Sea Turtle)
2024 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
O’ahu is a U.S. island in the Central Pacific, part of the Hawaiian island chain and home to the state capital, Honolulu. It is also the most populated island in the archipelago, with about 70% of Hawaii’s population living on this island. The Hawaiian islands, specifically Oahu, provide a remarkable opportunity for guests to watch green sea turtles in their native environment. Sea turtles are often seen swimming or sunning themselves on the sandy shores, especially around the Kuhio Beach area. Inspired by the aesthetic beauty of the Hawaiian islands and their historic roots, Anderson Design Group’s award-winning poster artists created an original illustration of the wildlife one can often see on a trip to the islands. This travel poster crafted in the style of vintage poster art and retro travel art is an excellent gift or souvenir. You can order this retro-styled artwork, vintage poster art, and travel art as a framed print, poster print, canvas, mini-canvas, metal sign, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
